Gorgeous photos. Can I ask how much you paid for this shoot?

WOW! That is fabulous – did you take the photos yourself? I have two semi professional photographers in my family and so all my homes get great pictures also – no matter if they are 100K or 900K homes! My husband belongs to some kind of house photo group on Flickr that he gets some good tips from.

Tara – I gave up on taking my own photos long ago. I am pretty good, but the people who do this as a profession are far superior.

Greg – The twighlight shoots command a premium: $350 per home and two to three hours of my time. This is worth every penny however, and the cost pales in comparison to the cost of producing the subsequent color, glossy, cardstock, double-fold brochures which we provide both inside and out (same quality). In this market, we have homes that are on their 600th. I’ll let you guess what these run per piece.

Kris’ is right, that kind of payment for a dramatic difference like that is worth it. Wow …

Kris, that is definitely worth it. It’s the sort that makes you stop and really look at a place when you’re cruising through a series of potential homes for sale.

Excellent work. I can feel the home.
Twilight photos do have a warmness to them. You might also consider incorporating a few night photos, using nightscaping techniques, to produce dramatic, often striking. results. I call it curb appeal after dark. This home appears to have night landscaping features and would be a good candidate. This post shows some examples.

Intimate knowledge of the area, and how to best market property in that area is essential to getting the highest price for a property.
