Sweaty Lenders
Inman News had a very good article yesterday on the latest thing in lending: Working with buyers in payment trouble to help them avoid foreclosure. The title, “Workouts Could Soften Impact of Subprime Lending Woes”, left me with the visual of sweaty lenders on elliptical machines. Jeff “Bawldguy” Brown speaks the speak much better than I, so I encourage you to check out his spin on this breaking news, or as he calls it, Captain Obvious and the Duh! Brigade.
