This is a Wednesday morning short inspired by this Seth Godin post.
Seth seemed to capsulize in just over 200 words what we stand for here at San Diego Castles Realty. In a nut shell:
The last ten percent is the signal we look for, the way we communicate care and expertise and professionalism… The hard part is the last ten percent, sure, or even the last one percent, but it’s the hard part because everyone is busy doing the easy part already.
The secret is to seek out the work that most people believe isn’t worth the effort. That’s what you get paid for.
The corollary is that if you are a home buyer or seller, you owe it to yourself to seek out the people who are willing to commit themselves to the extra effort, because that is what you are paying them for.
